Material
Alloy steel.The main alloy elements of lost wax casting bucket teeth&adapter are C,Si,Mn,Cr,Al,ect.To improve the performance,we could also add some microelements,like Mo,Ni so that the wear resistance will be better. The hardness of investment casting bucket teeth & adapter is about 48HRC with impact over 15J under the condition of room temperature.
Application
Lost wax cast Bucket teeth & adapter, which are assembled to excavator & loader buckets for contruction machinery, are assembled by a pin, retainer and lock. As worked in both soft soil and hard rock environment, so it requires high wear resistance and high impact so that the working life could be longer.
